Desta Innovation Lab focusses on developing affordable solutions to serve the basic needs of the marginalized world. We believe in developing market driven solutions as we want our work to impact millions of people around the world. We want our products to be known as best selling products rather than award winning products. We also develop technology driven services to make available scientific expertise in agriculture, health, and education in remote areas.

Desta is constantly trying to find solutions to needs of its customers via it's network of village managers. Our product researchers try to find existing solutions to the customer needs identified by our village managers. If existing solutions are unavailable or are not market driven, then we try to develop solutions under Desta Innovation Lab.

Desta Innovation Lab team consists of Nishant Banore - Managing Director, Shubham Sharma - Senior Product Designer and Divesh Bhadani - VP, Agriculture Products. Our team works with design and business interns from leading schools around the world to develop exciting, innovative solutions.
